Subject Concerned: Aircrew Airlines Human Resource
Being the fourth largest air carrier in China, nobody doubts Hainan Airlines is hoping to continue its aggressive growth for the foreseeable future. However, we all know that such won't be a stress-free job, and there is little suspicion that Hainan Airlines has truly embarked on a journey of growth.
Nevertheless, in order to become justly big in the aviation world, one has to go global, and obvious evidence in the past few years suggests the management team at Hainan Airlines certainly understands the theory behind, but opening up some overseas routes is simply not ambitious enough. Now, the airline has eventually decided to become "a true global carrier", and it all begins by hiring dozens of foreign flight attendants at once.
According to information compiled by CARNOC.com, the airline is hosting a massive foreign cabin crew recruitment event between September 22 and September 24 in Beijing with initial expectation of around 150 shortlisted applicants attending various interview sessions to compete for roughly 40 positions. Applicants are required to be native speakers in the language of English, Russian, German, Hungarian, French or Dutch with high proficiency in English or more preferably Chinese.
It's understood by CARNOC.com that Hainan Airlines presently employs foreign flight attendants with Russian, Japanese, South Korean and Ukrainian citizenship.
