The Russian government has approved a plan to increase its stake in Aeroflot by merging most of other state aviation assets with the flagship carrier, the government said on Feb. 2.
The government quoted on its website Transportation Minister Igor Levitin as telling Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that state conglomerate Russian Technologies will transfer all its aviation assets to Aeroflot, including the biggest firm Rossia.
