Between July 26 and September 10, 2008, Qantas will be upgrading its check-in system across the network to provide passengers a more efficient check-in experience.
Qantas is confident that the upgrade will be a smooth process, but there may be some minor delays while the new system settles in.
For Qantas passengers, if you're traveling during this period, Qantas strongly suggests you to allow an additional 30 minutes to complete check-in and security clearance.
