CARNOC.com has been informed that the Departures - Immigration Hall at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is undergoing reconfiguration until 3rd quarter of 2009.
As a result, therefore CARNOC.com urges all passengers to arrive early at the airport to allow more time for check-in, bag drop and other formalities.
