The trade union representing German flight attendants said on Aug. 1 that a pay offer that services trade union Verdi had agreed with airline Deutsche Lufthansa was far too low.
Lufthansa said earlier on Aug. 1 that cabin staff could see their pay rise in line with that of ground staff, to whom the airline offered a 5.1 percent pay rise with retroactive effect from Jul. 1 and a further 2.3 percent rise from July 2009.
