The first batch of parts for Airbus' first A320 assembly in China had all been transported to the final assembly line in Tianjin by early July.

This batch of parts with a total value of EUR994,000 will mainly be used for the aircraft landing gears, sources told CARNOC.com.

It's understood by CARNOC.com that Customs officials based in Tianjin Bonded Zone went to the site of final assembly line, they checked the goods and finalized all necessary paperwork.

With the arrival of these parts, the assembly of Airbus A320 aircraft has officially entered the countdown period.
