Subject Concerned: Airlines Human Resource Flight Delay Airport Air Travel in China
On Dec. 27, Dragonair advises its baggage handling services for its services to and from the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) may be affected as a result of a three-hour industrial action from 1 pm to 4 pm (Hong Kong time) by its ground handling operator Hong Kong Airport Service Limited (HAS). Some flights may also be delayed or cancelled as a result of this.
Dragonair advises that it may take a longer process time for passengers arriving Hong Kong to retrieve their baggages. For departing passengers travelling within these three hours, their baggages may also be forwarded onto subsequent flights. Passengers are also recommended to travel light with minimum check-in baggage.
Dragonair apologies for the inconvenience and potential disruption caused. The airline is working closely with HAS to minimise the inconvenience caused to its passengers and shall keep passengers updated of the latest development.
