Subject Concerned: Aircrew Airlines
The crew of a South African Airways (SAA) plane arrested over a drugs find in London were freed on bail without charge on Jan. 21, while the airline vowed zero tolerance if any crime was confirmed.
The flight and cabin crew - 10 women and five men - will have to report back to British police in March after being arrested at Heathrow Airport on arrival from Johannesburg.
Officials found 50 kilograms of cannabis worth 150,000 pounds, and four kilos of cocaine, worth about 160,000 pounds, in three suitcases. The airline is flying the crew home for interviews.
